Chelsea Wilson - Producer, Host and Chief Editor

Chelsea is a Melbourne based vocalist, songwriter, broadcaster and producer. Her debut album “I Hope You’ll Be Very Unhappy Without Me” was lauded #2 Album of the Year on ABC Radio National and nominated for Best Soul Album at The Age Music Victoria Awards. An internationally acclaimed live performer she headlined the Arts Centre Melbourne stage at the Australasian World Music Expo; and made her UK debut at Glastonbury Festival 2015, subsequently selling out the famous London Jazz Café. A graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music she has performed in Japan; the UAE; the USA; France; Spain; Great Britain; Indonesia and Thailand. She has supported acts including Macy Gray, Tina Arena and Booker T and performed at venues such as Melbourne Recital Centre and The Athenaeum Theatre.

Behind the scenes, Chelsea is a festival director, broadcaster and producer. She has directed festivals including Stonnington Jazz, Brunswick Music Festival and St Kilda Festival Live N ‘Local and produced events for Melbourne Music Week, Melbourne Women’s International Jazz Festival and Melbourne Recital Centre. The former Music Manager of iconic Melbourne radio station PBS 106.7FM, Chelsea presented the much-loved weekly jazz program Jazz Got Soul for over six years. Currently she is the Congress Director Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Board Director of Music Victoria, Creative Producer at Monash University Performing Arts Centre and Artistic Director of the Women of Soul Collective.

Chelsea has appeared as a guest speaker at music industry conferences such as Face the Music, Bigsound and NYC Jazz Congress USA and is a guest lecturer at Melbourne University and Monash University. She has produced and presented radio programs for PBS 106.7FM, Mi-Soul Radio London, ABC Local, triple j and Delite Radio London.

Chelsea is also a grants consultant and assessor for organisations such as Creative Victoria, APRA AMCOS, The Australian Music Centre, the Contemporary Music Office for the Arts and a judge for the Australian Women in Music Awards.

Amy Chapman - Editing and production support (season one)

Amy is an artist, sound engineer, artist manager and label director. She is currently the Label Manager for independent record label Wantok Musik. With extensive experience in artist management, strategic planning, tour management and sound production, Amy has applied her skills to the management of artists and releases on the Wantok Musik label roster since 2013. She has successfully delivered tours across Australia, Europe and the Melanesian region, as well as supporting the delivery and ongoing promotion of a number of ARIA, AIR, QMF and Music Victoria awarded releases. Amy is a trained sound engineer and session musician, and has performed at venues such as The Riverstage (Brisbane), Chapel off Chapel (Melbourne), The Seymour Centre (Sydney) and at festivals such as WOMADelaide, Bluesfest and the Commonwealth Games Cultural Festival. Amy met Chelsea while working in the PBS 106.7 FM music library as the Interviews and Multi-Platform Content Coordinator, booking interviews and editorial for broadcast. She currently manages artists David Bridie and Frank Yamma, and in 2018 was selected as the inaugural recipient of the Victorian Government's Fast Track Fellowship program, which had her placed in Vienna as part of a two month working residency with Georg Leitner Productions.
